Accounts Supervisor

The Permanent division of Robert Half Finance & Accounting are working in partnership with a vibrant organisation based in Northampton to recruit a proactive Accounts Supervisor who is keen to develop efficiencies in the team and enhance the reporting process.

Role

Working directly for a Finance Manager you will provide accurate and timely information on the divisions performance and aid the decision making process. Key responsibilities will include:

 Supervising a team of finance assistants and administrators

 Ensure all reports and data is processed accurately to set time lines

 Support the payroll process including the auto enrolment pension scheme

 Work with the senior management team to support the development of the team and perception within the wider finance function

 Support the development of projects across the team particularly focused around reporting and compliance

Profile

 Team leader or supervisory experience

 Have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel

 Good all round accounts background

 Excellent communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box

 Strong attention to detail

Salary & Benefits

The role of Account Supervisor is paying between £28,000 - £30,000 and excellent benefits.
