European Financial Controller

We require an Interim European Financial Controller to join an international FMCG business in West London.

The company has turnover of approx. €100 million and is growing quickly due to new markets and product penetration. The team is based in a fantastic location in West London, and the modern, creative office space, more common to US start-ups, has been re-created to foster a great working environment, focused around achievement and development.

The main requirements of the role centre around the following areas:

·         European exposure and group consolidation work. Complexities arising from inter-regional tax and reporting issues.

·         Management of a team of 10, across four finance areas, and two countries

·         Driving change in controls and processes

·         Multi-tasking in a growing business where the development of more junior staff is very important.

The contract is expected to run for up to 6 months. Conversion to a permanent position is also a possibility.
