Large well-established Property company is looking for a dynamic and intelligent part-qualifed accountant to join its Commercial Finance team, as an Assistant Management Accountant.
Reporting to Finance Manager in the Commercial Finance team of 15 (as part of a larger finance department of circa 40), the role will involve month end reporting and commercial business partnering, so candidates must be able to demonstrate solid month end reporting experience as well as experience of commercial business partnering with non-finance.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Month end reporting; including the posting of journals, reporting on key areas of spend with detailed variance analysis, forecasting, challenging of spend and presenting financial reports to the operational team.
- Delivering Month end accurately and on time, including posting of journals.
- Open reporting for all Services and Project related expenditure.
- Providing financial support to the operational teams and being a key contact on any financial matters.
- Assisting in producing key Overheads and Services financial reports to drive Value Add.
- Presenting financial reports within regional operational finance meetings.
- Assisting in budget setting, upload and year on year analysis.
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations & tax forecasts.
- Various inputs into the 16 week cashflow forecast for Treasury.
- WIP analysis.
- Ad Hoc projects.
- Service Partner support cover.
Requirements:
- Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Top-tier academic record
- Experience of month end reporting
- Demonstrable experience of working commercially with non-finance managers
- Candidates must be credible, professional, ambitious, enthusiastic and must be able to demonstrate experience of where they have influenced and/or added value
- Excellent communications skills are essential
- Solid Excel skills are required
