Commercial Finance Manager

A Commercial Finance Manager is required for an instantly recognisable international branded business based in Central London. This is a very high-profile, highly commercial, business partnering opportunity, providing a vital role within the finance function. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director and working closely with a broad range of senior finance and non-finance stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strong financial support, insightful analysis and commercial challenge for all decision making
• Analysing new and existing business initiatives, challenging assumptions and highlighting any risks and opportunities
• Driving strategic direction and developing the mid to long term financial plans businesses
• Assessing current commercial tools and managing the implementation of new commercial processes in line with key business strategies

The successful candidate will be a 'hands on' qualified accountant with a broad business awareness and commercial understanding. You will have proven business partnering experience with a background in financial analysis and prior exposure to forecasting, planning and budgeting processes. You will be confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to proactively build relationships in a fast paced environment. You will also have the credibility and gravitas to challenge and influence.
