Role: Senior Accounts Payable Assistant
Location: Haywards Heath
Salary: £26,000
We're currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant who is looking for a step up into a more senior and supervisory role. This role will incorporate high volume invoicing within this exciting and fast paced industry.
- Overseeing the Accounts Payable function, high volume invoicing
- Raising weekly BACS runs
- Accounts Payable Month end reconciliation
- Monthend KPIs
- Checking invoices against the supporting documents
- Maintaining accruals
- Monitoring the monthly spreadsheet
- Raising Cheques
- Reconciling the Direct Debit and current account
- Signing off the monthly intercompany invoices issued
- Assisting with all queries
- Opening new commission and expenses accounts
- Managing staff holidays, Sickness, Training etc.
