A Financial Controller job in Central London, leading a team and financial responsibility for this US listed logistics company.

This £100m turnover shipping business is listed in the US and has a large fleet of revenue generating assets. A stable business model that has seen revenues and profits steadily increase over the years, and with a small team in the local office they're a collaborative and high achieving International business.

Your new role
Reporting to the newly promoted CFO, this is a key position taking control of a finance team of 4, and one that needs leadership through the continued growth of the company. With support of this team, your responsibilities involve everything from the production of monthly management accounts, setting and monitoring budgets and forecasts, through to consolidating the results of a number of entities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification, and experience of working in a small to medium sized business to comprehend the full reporting process. You'll also have a good comprehension of logistics/shipping markets, you will have the ability to demonstrate ownership of significant areas of work.
