FP&A Manager

A leading, globally recognised business is looking to recruit talent in their Group FP&A team. This role will provide the opportunity to quickly understand the commercial drivers of the business and to work closely with the Group and Divisional Executive teams.

The key aspects of the role include;

• Delivering reports and insightful performance analysis to Group management of actual performance, budget, forecasts and three year plan processes
• Work with senior management of the International businesses, including co-ordinating processes and challenging business performance
• Review investment business cases for alignment with the Group’s strategic and commercial objectives, returns hurdle rates and quality standards

The successful candidate will be a ACA qualified gained at a Big 4 Practice or Blue Chip environment, with extensive post –qualified experience from industry.  A strong track record of developing and maintaining relationships with senior management within a complex organisation is key for this role. 

Previous FP&A or reporting experience including experience of driving improvement in reporting, forecasting cycles is essential
