Your new company
You will be working in newly refurbished offices close to Guildford at this exciting, growing SME head office.

Your new role
Reporting into the head of finance and directors, you will take charge of managing all aspects of the finance department on a day-to-day basis. With a small team reporting into you, you will also take charge of their training/ development, get involved with regular management meetings and ensure timely and accurate delivery of all management accounts, cashflow, credit control, payroll, bank and year end reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your accounting qualification, you should be a proactive and hands on finance manager, happy working across departments, partnering the operational teams as well as managing and developing the finance function. You should ideally have experience working in the SME space - exposure to an ERP system would also be advantageous.
