Management Accountant

An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Management Accountant to join an instantly recognisable manufacturing organisation in the heart of Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will be a commercially focussed, Part Qualified (ACA, ACCA , CIMA , AAT), management accountant. This would be a great opportunity for an individual looking for the next step in there career.

Key Responsibilities;
Preparation of Management Accounts
Identify areas of risk associated with the company's budget, identifying areas of overspending and any other anomalies.
Budgeting & forecasting.
Month-end process.
Prepare and post financial adjustments for accruals and prepayments
Management reporting.
Business partnering with financial and non financial stakeholder's on various ad-hoc projects.

The Ideal Candidate;
Strong Commercial acumen.
Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT), Candidates that are Qualified by Experience (QBE) will also be taken into consideration.
Proven experience of managing a large cost base.
Strong ERP systems knowledge.
Excellent communication skills
