Finance Director

Our client is a privately owned insurance company that has recently taken on external investment and thus is predicted to grow the revenue and scale of its operations quite significantly.  The business is looking to recruit a Finance Director to work closely with the CEO to drive the strategy of the business and add value to all commercial and business decision making.  The ideal candidate should ideally have experience of working within the insurance sector and be able to manage debt and banking covenants as well as all other external relationships.  In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for all financial aspects of the business and be expected to oversee M & A activity as well as the ultimate successful exit for shareholders.  This role would suit a finance professional who thrives in a fast- paced entrepreneurial environment and who enjoys being in a position to make a positive impact on the success of an organisation and who is quickly available for a new role.
