Our client is a private equity backed IT services provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for Financial Controller to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial company. Reporting to the CFO key responsibilities will include –
- Managing all day to day activities of the finance and administration function together with the production of group and UK entity level financial and management/operational information.
- Day to day management of 7 staff together in conjunction with the finance director, working closely with HR and liaising with the finance function in South Africa.
- Partner the finance director in developing systems, processes and reporting and the structure of the finance/administration function to improve its performance and efficiency.
You will be a Qualified Accountant with experience of working in an SME environment. You must be technically strong but have a commercial mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must have experience of managing finance teams.
