Client Details
My client is a very successful Not for Profit organisation based on the outskirts of Cardiff who are going through significant change.
Description
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Head of Finance will manage the finance team on a day to day basis.
The duties on this Interim role will be varied but will include;
- Assisting in the production of the Year End Accounts and working with the Auditors
- Assisting with financial planning for the coming years
- Systems development
- Developing staff members
- Ad hoc projects as required by the business
Profile
You will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or will have significant skills gained at a similar level.
You will be a very "Hands on" accountant and be willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
You will have good wide ranging skills gained in Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, Business Planning, Systems controls development.
You will have good people management experience
You will be able to achieve buy in with steak holders at ease.
Job Offer
Starting in early January 2017
Minimum of 3 months, potentially 6. Also, potential to go permanent.
Salary c£300 - £350 per day
