This employee focused organisation is looking for a new Management Accountant on a permanent basis to join a specific, highly successful division within the organisation. This is a varied role where you will be challenging and improving processes on a daily basis, budgeting and reporting and producing management accounts to name a few tasks. This is a newly created role that you can develop over time.
The successful candidate will finalist or newly qualified who is a clear communicator and confident liaising with non finance colleagues. You will need to be happy implementing change and have a passion for process improvement.
