Credit Controller Job

Local authority based near Uxbridge is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their Corporate Collections Team. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain further experience, with the opportunity for contract extension after the initial 6 months.

Key responsibilities for this Credit Control role;

• Responsible for the billing and collection of Charges
• Answer phone calls from clients, respond to emails and letters
• Raise refunds, credit notes, producing statements and dealing with requests for standing orders/payment cards

To be successful in your application for this Credit Control role it is beneficial to have;

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role focusing on credit collections
• Oracle experience desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
