Our SME client in the Black Country is looking to hire a Finance Director to support the UK Managing Director in running his £35m turnover business.
The organisation in question is a business to business service company hence long term contracts and recurring revenue streams are a common theme as is the pricing, winning and retaining of contracts.
The finance structure is such that a separate Finance Director within the organisation looks after transactional accounting and group reporting - this means you will be free to focus purely on running the business.
Ideally you will be an ACA qualified accountant and this could well be your first Finance Director role - we will absolutely consider CIMA and ACCA qualified candidates. You will have worked previously in a commercial finance role within a service or other long term contracting business. You will be conversant with excel modelling and be hands on enough to get into the detail as and when required.
