Finance Manager

Exciting opportunity to join this growing, but well established and leading manufacturing organisation, within the capacity of Finance Manager.  This is a newly created role to support the Finance Director with senior level operational accounting, projects and mentoring the team.  You will be responsible for monthly management accounts, financial reporting, balance sheet control, process and systems review and improvement, statutory accounting and Year End.  The successful person will be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified and have strong mentoring skills, as well as the ability to liaise effectively at all levels across the business. Business partnering with operations and commercial teams will be a pivotal part of this role to ensure greater understanding of financial performance and to strenghthen cross department relationships.  There is clear progression within the business to step up and to develop wider commercial awareness.  Strong MS Excel skills essential.
