An exciting and varied interim opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner for a FTSE 100 business. Applicant will need to display excellent communication skills and financial analysis with business insight to partner with and challenge senior members of staff.
Key responsibilities:
*Providing meaningful financial analysis and insight on business and cost performance to the Head of Service
*Ensure robust forecast, reporting and variance analysis on c£33m service cost base
*Leading the Service Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting outcomes
*Review and communicate annual Finance Plan and Business Plans
*Establish effective internal controls within the business and deliver an adequate overall level of internal control
Applicants will need to evidence the following skill set and will also need to hold a full accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent):
*Takes responsibility for managing and prioritising own workload, with the resilience to work under pressure
*Project tracking within a large corporate change program
*Commercial experience within blue chip organisations (preferably FTSE 250), partnering with project managers and senior staff members
