Financial Accountant

We are pleased to be handling a new role with a long standing client in the Healthcare arena, located from their Head Office in Epsom.

They are currently seeking a Financial Accountant to join their finance team and assist with various tasks and ad hoc projects. The organisation is a PE backed business and are going through an exciting period in their history. They have just re financed and are going through a real growth period, mainly focused towards their acquisitions. You will assist with a number of different projects.

Essential attributes include:

* PQ or Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
* Very high level of technical knowledge and accounting expertise
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and see things through to completion with minimal supervision
* Team leading experience/man management (you will be responsible for 2 members of staff)
* Ability to thrive in a high pressure environment
* Reconciliations experience
* Audit Experience
* Month end experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills / ability to liaise and advise stakeholders at all levels
* Reliable and committed

The successful applicant will be a consummate professional with a hard working "can do" attitude. You will be someone that enjoys the challenge of a fast paced dynamic environment. You will have the ability to take on and complete your own work load with minimal supervision and be able to clearly understand and explain your methodologies and manage your team and overall pipeline effectively.
