Leading the day to day delivery of accounts payable activity for Sony Europe and North America, you will be managing a multitude of critical relationships and processes. You will be applying technical finance expertise, management, and people skills, in managing in-house and outsourced accounting and procurement resources across a global organisation.

In Detail
• Ensure the efficient delivery of Sony’s accounts payable activity as an end-to-end process
• Deliver accurate financial information, compliance, efficiency, proactive finance support and technical finance expertise to internal customers
• Lead the development of remote working practices and collaboration across Sony including the adoption of technology
• Deliver harmonized and continuous improvements of the accounts payable operations
• Be the general subject matter expert for the accounts payable process and systems, including SAP, VIM, SRM, MDG
• Lead the management, review and improvement of P2P Service Level Performance for Invoice Processing, Payment activities and Accounts Payable accounting
• Manage, coach and develop the outsourced Accounts Payable operations for Sony Europe and Sony North America.

Who You Are
• An experienced AP Manager with proven Accounts Payable experience in a large organisation, including cross-border experience
• A subject matter expert in SAP ERP including SRM and VIM
• An experienced leader of people with a hands-on management approach
• Experienced in managing remote teams across multiple sites
• Excellent at delivering high quality customer service in accounts payable
• A proactive, confident communicator and presenter
• Comfortable being put to the test in a fast-paced, ever-evolving culture
• Fluent in English, ideally with a second language
• Prepared to travel within Europe and North America
