Robertson Bell treasury division are pleased to be working alongside a £100m turnover Property Development Group based in West London. This dynamic, forward thinking Group are looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic Treasury Analyst who will deliver and analyse the Groups treasury reports, forecasting and monitoring cashflow requirements, helping source new funding and managing existing relations with lenders.

The Treasury Analyst will have a significant input into the future growth plans of the Group, main responsibilities will include:

*Produce and present treasury performance reports to SMT, executive and board on any variances to the treasury processes and risk management policies
*Assist in a range of planned joint ventures by; producing performance analyst reviews, negotiating JV deals and managing joint ventures by overseeing all treasury related activity
*Forecasting FX and aiding the hedging process
*Arranging funding through group facilities
*Frequently interaction with management, regarding cash funding and forecasting
*Produce, monitor and report to SMT and Board on all debt compliance both external, internal and for JVs
*Compile data and review contend for the semi-annual investor meetings
*Monitor and review the treasury asset and liability index ensuing data is updated regularly

In short, you will be responsible for; reporting, joint venture work and various treasury related projects.

You must be working for a successful company in a role that has allowed you to pick up the requisite amount of experience needed to enable you to succeed in this role. Strong analytical skills and inquisitive mind is key, as is having the ability to pull reports together for a complex company.
