I have an exciting opportunity with a leading music company based in central London. This is a great chance for anyone with an interest in music/media to join a business that has an impressive roster of worldwide names.
They're looking to hire on an initial temporary contract, however the position may turn into a permanent hire depending on performance.
The accounts assistant will report to the Financial Controller and assist with any finance projects in the pipeline including improving processes and systems
Responsibilities:
- Updating and correcting journals
- Processing invoices to the Purchase ledger
- Dealing with new supplier queries
- Managing supplier inbox
- Coding stock and tracking accordingly
- Coding invoices on the system
- Processing staff expenses
- Data administration and management
- Ad hoc duties
Person
- Must have an interest in Music/Media
- Have sound knowledge of SAP accounting software (desirable)
