Global Accounting Network is currently working with an international media group who are currently going through a lot of change at a company-wide scale.

They are based in central London and are currently looking to recruit a Global Process Lead with an ERP focus. This role sits within Finance but it has a lot of interaction with the ERP side of the business.

This role reports directly into the O2C Global Process Owner and offers a huge level of stakeholder interaction on a global scale.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote global processes across ERP platform
  • Develop relationships throughout the projects with all levels of staff
  • Support the development of the Global Process Design for O2C
  • Assist with the design of processes in order to provide an adequate control environment
  • Own all process documentation relating to the ERP process
  • Engage with regional heads during localisation, create, prepare, go-live and operate phases.
  • Assist applying agreed governance procedures around proposed localisations to the global model
  • Ensure global ERP processes are properly implemented within Operational Finance shared service centres.
  • Build strong relationships with regional CFOs, market CFOs and regional Operational Finance Directors
  • Advise and contribute to change management and business readiness requirements for markets as part of the localisation process.
  • Work with the third party process outsource partner in preparation of Standard Operating Procedures and alignment to the ERP documentation
  • Support training team with the preparation of training materials
  • Assist in creation of test scripts for UAT

About you:

  • Significant experience of global ERP implementations
  • Experience of working in the Media industry would be an advantage
  • Significant experience of process improvement in a large multinational organisation
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and in a team setting.
  • Ability to drive out simple solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Qualified accountant ideally
  • Global travel will be required
