Procurement Finance Analyst

Based in Luton, Bedfordshire, our client is a leading employer in the area are looking for a qualified accountant to join their team as a Finance Analyst to support the procurement function.

This job would suit a Qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) with a strong academic record who is looking to work in partnership with Finance, Procurement and wider business colleagues to provide the financial planning, analysis, insight and reporting as well as to support the commercial understanding of all financial impacts from Procurement activity across the business.

The successful individual will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA) with a proven track record of success. Strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential coupled with developed IT skills and advanced Excel and ideally with exposure to one of the large ERP systems. This is an excellent entry point into a leading Blue Chip organisation with the opportunity for rapid progression and development for the successful applicant.

• Cost Base Grid
• Supplier Risk Management
• Property monthly reporting pack
• Exec papers as part of monthly stakeholder engagement
• Business Analysis & Insight
• Financial Modelling and Scenario Analysis
• KPI/Metric Reporting
• Business Partnering
• Budgeting & Forecasting; Coordinate Procurement input onto the planning and forecasting cycle
• Financial Control
