Finance Business Partner

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a well-established organisation with the appointment of a Finance Business Partner to strengthen their finance team and aid with the delivery of the overall business strategy.

Based in their modern Doncaster based offices, this job role will see you play a visible and key role within the commercial team.

This successful Finance Business Partner will require a visible and proactive approach to providing key stakeholders with the financial support and analysis to ultimately drive the business forward. You will be required to work effectively with budget holders and play a key role in the preparation and production of budgets, forecasts and the monthly management reporting.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Providing key financial expertise to aid in decision making
- Produce budgets, forecasts & plans
- Challenge business to drive performance improvements
- Timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts & reports
- Process reviews
- Ad hoc analysis
- Business partnering

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

- Proven experience working in an analytical finance role
- Experience in business partnering and challenging and influencing key decision making
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
