Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a large and prestigious manufacturing company based in Sheffield.
The successful candidate will hold responsibility for the coordination and overall review of the operational key performance indicators, supplying accurate reporting, forecasting and budgeting information to senior management.
The information will be crucial in supporting key decision makers across the business and providing them with accurate, thought out and timely analysis to enable them to achieve business growth and decide upon the businesses commercial direction.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Provide accurate financial analysis to business leaders
- Evaluate & monitor financial data
- Understand Cost base, selling/pricing forecasts
- Aid in commercial business decisions and direction through accurate reporting
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- Qualified in ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
- Strong system knowledge
- Strong reporting capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in budgeting/forecasting to aid in the Five Year Plan
- The ability to influence effectively at stakeholder level and build strong internal relationships
- Ability to work cross functionally and understand divisional needs
- Proven experience of working within the manufacturing industry
