A global Insurance Group is looking for a high calibre Financial Reporting Manager to lead a team that is responsible for the accurate and timely production of the year-end financial and monthly management accounts for the Group. This will include the management of regulatory and statutory accounts under IFRS, and will have oversight if all financial processes and controls for the entities. This is a great opportunity for a senior financial accountant to step into a managerial position that has a lot of visibility to senior stakeholders.
To be considered for the role you will need to have good man-management experience, be an analytical thinker with good attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills. Technical insurance accounting experience under UK GAAP/IFRS is essential and a solid understanding of the financial close processes is very important.
