The aim of the role is to provide the necessary analysis and business partnering support on performance, M&A and other ad-hoc investor/management packs and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the running and maintenance of forecasting models and produce scenario analysis where required and incorporating the necessary assumptions for the different business units;
  • Assisting in the creation and presentation of forward planning presentations for investors;
  • Getting involved in various M&A pieces, creating analysis on potential acquisitions, scenario analysis, and preparing presentations to inform the decision up to senior management;
  • Ad-hoc business cases for potential refurbishments and monitoring performance on a granular/site level when required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing key individuals through the compilation of commercial-minded reporting packs;
  • Ability to drive and influence commercial solutions reinforced by insight, intellect and drive;
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, and the ability to learn new IT systems and processes;
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
