Senior Finance Manager

A challenging and high profile senior level opening has become available due to significance market growth within a rapidly expanding, international entertainment business. They are seeking a highly motivated, analytical and commercially savvy individual with relevant industry experience to lead a small team in lifting the divisions profile across the group and across their regional operations.

The key responsibilities of the role include the day to day supervision and development of the team and ensuring the timely delivery of accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly management reporting and analysis for one of the businesses fasted developing portfolios. Additionally you will be responsible for working closely with senior stakeholders in facilitating the budgeting and forecasting processes and driving the simplification of standard processes for revenue reporting. A key aspect of this role will be providing a clear snapshot into the division's operational and financial performance, and partnering with Director level stakeholders in presenting analysis and making commercial recommendations.

For success in this role you will be a qualified financial professional (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with proven experience within a similar Financial Management or Controller capacity within the media or entertainment sector. You will have been responsible for the day to day management and professional development a team and be a skilled systems and MS Excel user. Additionally, you will demonstrate your achievements in consistently seeking improvement opportunities whether this is procedural, or in adding value at a commercial level.
