International Tax Manager
A multi-award winning, highly acquisitive North West e-comms business is currently undertaking the next phase of its ambitious expansion plans. Having seen significant growth in the last few years, a need has arisen for an experienced International Tax Manager to work closely with the Group FD and wider stakeholders.
The Senior Tax Manager role will be engaged with a high growth business environment with an operational and business partnering element to the role being crucial within this dynamic environment.
The Senior Tax Manager will have a broad and varied role. In addition to the day-to-day tax compliance of the group, the successful candidate will lead and manage several business critical projects and lead on all tax-related M&A work with an international focus.
The business is forecast to continue its rapid expansion both organically and by acquisition. To this end, both a rounded skill set of technical expertise and strong communication skills will be key.
The successful candidate is likely to have a Big4 practice ACA background with specialisations in corporate tax and or international tax. Other backgrounds including ACCA and CIMA will also be considered provided the candidate has demonstrable international experience.
Salary and package will be competitive and will be dependent on level of experience.
