Finance Manager

Fixed term Contract (up to 8 months)

An opportunity has arisen for a Record to Report (RTR) Finance Manager to join our Business Service Centre with responsibility for reviewing and overseeing delivery of the monthly consolidated management accounts and the day to day management accounting services provided by the centre to our ITV Studios division.

In this Finance Manager role you will manage the Studios RTR team to deliver accurate and timely management accounts, to conduct quality balance sheet reviews, provide supplementary analysis of management information and to prepare and complete complex statutory accounts.

As the ideal Finance Manager candidate, you will be a qualified accountant with strong analytical and numerical skills with demonstrable commercial experience in a consumer facing business. You will be proactive and willing to engage & communicate effectively across ITV, with both financial and non-financial colleagues. You will have significant management accounting experience, have a good understanding of IFRS and be able to prepare statutory accounts without supervision.

You will be an effective leader and decision maker who provides guidance, coaching and can motivate and develop individuals and inspire the team. You will be extremely well organised and able to prioritise to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.
