Interim AR Manager

Our FTSE250 client require an Interim AR Manager for 6 months, based in Birmingham. You will sit within the Shared Service Centre finance team, being responsible for a team of 10 and reporting directly into the Shared Service Centre Director. The role will be heavily focussed around driving efficiencies and reducing costs by innovating invoicing and improving customer payment links. You will have responsibility for the AR and billing processes including developing metrics, various reports and developing the billing and control processes in order to improve customer services, invoice production and cash collection. As the SSC function expands, you will be responsible for implementing agreed changes to controls and training the wider finance team, as necessary. Experience within a multi-billing, SSC environment is vital and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
