My Client a Global giant is currently recruiting for a Compliance Analyst to work within the Commercial team at their Shared Service Centre on a permanent basis. This position will be based in the city centre of Manchester.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be working along side a large, dynamic yet hardworking team to assist with and report on sales team compliance around customer contracts and communication, specifically around the proposal and agreement of trade terms, pricing and promotions.
- Help with the enforcement of SLAs and the escalation of items that have breached
- Drive improved compliance within the Accounts Receivable function and within sales by producing reporting and providing insight and analysis
- Helping move the sales team to best practice around promotional compliance and help Accounts Receivable meet its targets around deductions management and debt in terms
- identify any risks that may exist in the processes or data management
- Work with sales to provide scheduled, meaningful reports and analysis to help improve compliance and reduce invalid customer deductions and queries
- Resolve data quality problems, including the identification, assessment, provide the fix, document, and communicate potential quality issues. Pivotal to this will be evaluating and improving the way data is collected, stored, processed or used for the compliance reporting
- Interacting with business users to resolve data compliance queries, and help move towards a best practice, standardised way of working consistent across all customers
- Recommending, designing, implementing and monitoring quality procedures for use in compliance monitoring
- Embed controls and reporting improvements
- Provide analysis of promotional activity and previous non-compliance to highlight opportunities for improvement or areas where we can look to reduce risk
To be considered for this position you will ideally hold;
- Experience of stakeholder management
- SAP knowledge and other technologies designed to extract, manage and present data
- Experience of working in a Shared Services Centre
