Group FP&A Manager

We are looking for a highly numerate and organised FP&A Manager to join our Group Finance team, who will play an important part in Group financial planning and analysis.

This Group FP&A Manager role will provide exposure to the senior Group Finance team, and all divisions across the Group and therefore provides the perfect opportunity to play a role by enhancing your knowledge and understanding of how the Group operates and delivering timely and relevant reporting and analysis to support strategic decision making.

As our Group FP&A Manager you will be responsible for producing a number of key reporting packs for our PLC and management board. You will work closely with the Investor Relations team on City reporting and support the Head of Group FP&A in the setting and running the financial planning cycles. You will also be involved in preparing certain notes for the year-end and half-year accounts, provide ad hoc analysis to help senior management and deal with related audit queries.

We are looking for a qualified accountant with relevant and demonstrable experience, focused on delivering results and striving for continual improvements. With your excellent communication skills and team focus, you will be a proactive self-starter with a flexible approach to work. It is vital that you are not fazed by working with different levels of seniority, as with this Group FP&A Manager role you will be in regular contact with senior management and Management Board members.

You will have strong processing and analytical skills with sound accounting knowledge. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must with Hyperion experience an added benefit.
