Your new company
You will be working for a reputable financial services company in Bristol city centre.
Your new role
Working within a fast paced and varied department working closely with project managers and PMO, the core purpose of this role is to provide financial analysis and support to the Group Finance investment portfolio. You will assist project managers with the compilation of financials for project forecasting templates, work with project managers on month end activities to ensure accuracy with accrual calculations, journal postings and book benefits. You'll review the ledger at month end, analyse expenditure at cost management level, consolidation of quarterly forecast and 5 year operating plans.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you should be a part or fully qualified accountant with experience working as a project accountant or finance analyst with experience of month end accounting and processes. You will ideally have worked within financial services and have exceptional excel skills and experience with SAP or OFA. You should be highly organised and used to working under pressure and tight deadlines. You will be flexible and positive in your approach to work.
