Your new role
This Senior Management Accountant position will have you reporting to the Head of Management Reporting, and responsible for preparing the monthly and quarterly management accounts in addition to team management responsibilities. There's lots to do around budgeting and forecasting and with a diversified portfolio there's numerous areas of property management data to help maintain and analyse.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong academics and be a fully CIMA qualified accountant. Having a good knowledge of the property industry will stand you at a great advantage, and your strong Excel and data manipulation skills are a given.
