Finance Manager - £50000 - £60000 + Benefits Reading, Berkshire
Wade Macdonald is partnering with a US owned software organisation that is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager. This role reports into the EMEA Financial Controller and has one direct report. The Finance Manager is accountable for the following:-
Responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts including tax computations and Gaap reconciliations (local & US GAAP)
Responsible for statutory audits
Ensure all annual returns are filed accurately and timely including VAT and Corporation Tax
Ensure all financial reporting activities are SOX compliant
Ensure regular review of current processes and controls to ensure best practice is maintained in a dynamic and changing environment
Multi currency reconciliations
Our client is looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with strong financial accounting skills gained working within various entities and with the ability to take ownership and work independently. Candidates applying for this role will demonstrate excellent organisation skills and able to identify process improvements and push activities forward in a changing environment.
