Commercial Finance Analyst - £35000 - £45000 + study - North Hampshire


Wade Macdonald is delighted to be working with a global, vibrant consumer technology distributor based in North Hampshire. The business is going through an exciting period of growth and expansion. As a result we are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst to support the commercial finance element of the business - partnering with the sales and commercial teams.

The role will form a key factor in driving business performance and profitability by providing clear and insightful financial analysis to key stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include the analysis of results and progress against budgets/forecasts and variances. Business Partnering with the marketing team and challenge performance and identify business opportunities to increase profitability. You will support the production of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts and assist in competitor analysis.

Experience in a fast paced, FMCG type role with exposure to UK GAAP, US GAAP and SOX controls is highly desirable.

Candidates applying for this role will be part qualified (ACCA/CIMA), with a strong academic record. You will have experience in producing detailed summaries and forecasts using large volumes of data and be able to display the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels, across multiple business units.

High level Excel abilities are required as part of this role. Candidates must be able verbalise and give technical examples of their spreadsheet work in a previous role.
