Commercial Finance Manager

A high-calibre and pro-active Commercial Finance Manager is required for a rapidly growing healthcare organisation based in Central London. This is a pivotal role and will lead the commercial activities for a sizeable area of the business.

Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a team of one, your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering crucial decision support to the executive leadership team by providing insightful and commercially astute analysis on business performance

- Business partnering senior stakeholders by providing rigorous push back and challenge in an emotionally intelligent manner to ensure effective delivery

- Taking ownership of the production of high quality financial accounts and reports for the Group

- Supporting the broader senior management team on ad-hoc projects

You will be a qualified accountant, with significant experience of business partnering multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and fast moving organisation. You will be a hands on, proactive self-starter, with prior experience of leading financial planning, analysis, forecasting and budgeting processes.
