As the Finance Manager your initial duties will be to establish and manage the finance function, building the platform for further growth. The role presents a real opportunity to meaningfully contribute during a period of excitement and entrepreneurship. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious finance manager with a background within a listed company or global accountancy firm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Establishing and completing the corporate taxation risk management, invoice management, and other regulation systems
  • Checking and calculating the daily accounts
  • Managing the company's account, payroll system and payment check, as well as other related areas
  • Planning and implementing annual taxation strategy, whilst coordinating the relationship between the tax bureau and the company
  • Engaging in risk analysis and management

    • Personal and Professional Competencies:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Over 3 years' experience with taxation, financial statement, account checking and calculation
  • Experience in building a finance management system
  • Familiar with the accounting principle difference between China and the UK
