A city centre based Independent firm with are seeking a Tax Advisory Manager to join their Advisory Tax team to manage the advisory piece for a large portfolio of entrepreneurial clients.

Your new role
As the Tax Advisory Manager you will be working as the right hand person to a Tax Partner who is ex-Big 4/Top 10 you will receive excellent on the job training. This is a newly created role following a period of development within the practice and provides a great opportunity for a self starter to really make a mark on the Tax team and progress their career. This role is 100% Advisory and will be working with clients on a wide range of transactional work. Development of junior team members will play a part in this role as will business development; you will be required to identify new opportunities for existing clients as well as develop new client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this role you will be recently/ newly qualified ACA/ CTA and have prior experience working in a similar role, with proven experience either as a Tax Manager or as someone ready to step into the role. You will have excellent communication skills and be capable of developing staff. Prior experience managing a portfolio of clients will be necessary and you will have a desire to get involved in advisory projects expected of entrepreneurs.
