Our client, a 10 million turnover Interior Design business are currently recruiting a new Head of Finance to lead the accounting function.
The company are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual with the desire to work in a wide reaching role, playing an integral part in driving the long term performance of the business.

The organisation are based in the City and have a track record of delivering first class service to their clients.

The Role

Lead the finance department in a proactive and professional manner
Day to day management to complete required tasks
Production of monthly management accounts including in-depth analysis, reports and recommendations
Production of annual accounts including annual financial audit and the financial budgeting process
Provide strategic financial support and advice to the executive board
Maintain the cash management processes
Manage and improve Finance KPIs while actively engaging in continuous improvement

The Candidate

Qualified accountant
Strong management accounting experience
Experience within SME business
Experience of core values - Honesty, Respect, Integrity & Trust, Collaboration and Accountable
