A high growth Technology business in the Fintech space is looking for a Finance Business Partner. This Finance Business Partner position will work closely with senior stake holders in Sales and Products to drive growth. This individual will be expected to build a strong understanding of the key drivers of revenue and growth and work closely with Sales and Products teams to ensure maximum return on investment.The Finance Business Partner will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills as they will be embedded within the business. This individual will need to build strong relationships with the relevant stake holders in order to become the 'Go To' point of contact in Finance.
Other key aspects of the role will be business case development, financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, budgeting and a wide range of process improvement and ad hoc commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA or equivalent) with relevant post-qualified experience. They will need to have strong experience as a Finance Business Partner and must have worked within a fast paced, complex environment.
