Senior Finance Business Partner

Key accountabilities will include analysing and understanding key business drivers, agreeing and implementing actions with the business to deliver against performance targets, providing financial insight and support to key stakeholders, developing sound business strategies and operating plans, delivering business cases geared towards performance maximisation driving change activity within the business, engaging with senior leadership teams, understanding operational dependencies for delivery and maintaining a network of sustainable relationships across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with impressive, current commercial finance experience. Applicants must have the ability to both work with the business and interpret the business implications of financial data. Advanced Excel skills would be advantageous and previous insurance sector experience preferred.
