Finance Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Provision of key daily, weekly and monthly management information to aid decision making
• Finance business partnering the wider business
• Line management of three staff members, motivating and developing them to create a robust and effective team
• Year-end audit completion and preparation of statutory accounts
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Corporate tax analysis
• Continual review of processes in procedures and making improvements wherever possible
• Fixed Assets
• Cost analysis and control

You will be able to demonstrate:

• An accounting qualification or relevant work experience
• Ideally experience of working within an SME or a desire to do so
• A proactive positive attitude with a forward thinking outlook
• Previous staff management experience
• Demonstrable experience of process improvement
