The Company
A corporate business located in Redhill are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk contractor until June 2017.

The Role
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Open and log post into department, code invoices for inputting.
* Check and code staff expense reimbursement forms
* Ensure expenses are claimed
* Scan and input invoices and route to appropriate approver and input expenses
* Ensure the effective communication of all relevant information to appropriate parties and liaise at all levels
* Process weekly Bank Automated Clearing System payment processes and cheque runs
* Ensure filing and archiving is kept up to date
* Assist with testing and implementation of automated expense reimbursement system

The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
* Relevant work experience within Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger
* Intermediate Excel (VlookUp's and PivotTables)
* Ideally qualified or studying towards AAT
* Experience in using PeopleSoft system would be beneficial
