Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner required to support site operations. This is a newly created role to provide the link between manufacturing and logistics driving the commercial cost control agenda. You will operate as a financial business partner to the Site Directors providing challenge, influence and insight and providing support for a multitude of business improvement projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and help develop high quality daily, weekly and monthly reporting enabling the business to understand its financial performance vs budget and comparison versus historical performance.
- Provide timely insight on trends and issues utilising weekly flash reporting and monthly site reporting covering financial and operational performance data.
- Full involvement in revising forecast against budget as required and promoting operational accountability and ownership with an focus on cash and EBITDA.
- Develop the financial awareness of the Site Directors and their teams building strong working relationships and promoting trust and collaboration.
- Provide relevant financial information to management on stock levels, stock usage and waste.
- Provide relevant financial information on waste, material usage, yields, bill of material accuracy, labour utilisation and recovery rates.
Your Profile
Our client requires a Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) candidate with a degree of post qualification experience. Direct experience of FMCG, Manufacturing or Logistics is a must have for this role. Preference is for a candidate with site experience in support of operations promoting efficiency and process improvement. You will require strong communication and people management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations in a professional and credible manner.

Salary & Benefits
£45,000-£55,000 + car + bonus up to 20%
