Management Accountant

Reporting to the Financial Controller for a £200m t/o distribution business, this role centers around the most important aspect of their business - stock. You will combine your strong accounting knowledge with a flair for analysis of large quantities of data, to provide the operational, commercial and financial teams with critical support relating to stock reporting and management of the stock systems.

Role:

- Member of the core finance team with exposure to senior management team
- Responsibility for the stock reporting system including detailed stock analysis
- Providing management information (stock reporting)
- Development of reporting metric and KPIs
- Stock reconciliations and investigating variances
- Provide support to the FC with regular cashflow forecasting
- Support all regulatory activity including statutory audit and statutory accounts
- Be part of a major group and play a central role in their success
