Finance Systems Manager

Key accountabilities will include reviewing and defining best practice in finance systems, raising awareness of said best practice across the finance community, assisting in the successful delivery of the systems roadmap, leading and managing a team of Business Analysts, implementing new functionality modules and software upgrades, undertaking rigorous process reviews, working closely with solution developers and liaising with wider members of the finance systems team.

The successful applicant will be highly numerate and possess demonstrable experience of working with financial systems within a professional services environment. Applicants must be capable of understanding business requirements from users and have the ability to translate these needs into functional outputs. Experience of Elite 3E and SQL is highly desirable.
