Reporting Analyst

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Reporting Analyst / FP&A interim, fully responsible for the provision of insightful financial analysis and improvements in reporting, for a large manufacturing business in Worcestershire.

As Reporting Analyst, you will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) and the key responsibilities of this role will include: 

Provide key analysis and information to support the understanding of financial performance of the business

Conduct analysis as necessary to provide value added insight in support of key financial metrics and objectives

Provide proactive financial investigation capability

Improve efficiencies in central reporting

Improve Business Intelligence (BI) tools

Drive improvements in processes and procedures across the department, and change in general

Hyperion analysis

Ad hoc project work as directed by the CFO

The successful Reporting Analyst needs to be immediately available/ available at short notice/ becoming free shortly - latest start date 2nd Jan 2017 (ideally before). As the successful Reporting Analyst, you will have a strong FP&A/ reporting experience, from a large company background, and manufacturing or engineering sector experience is essential at some point previously in your career.

The Reporting Analyst role is interim to begin with, at £350-400per day, on a Ltd co. basis, depending on experience.  There is a permanent opportunity should you want it moving forward, and if you are the right calibre of candidate, wanting career progression, at c £80k level.
