Interim Senior Group Financial Planning & Budgeting Analyst

An interim senior group financial planning & budgeting analyst is required for a global consumer focused multi-site organisation. In recent years the business has experienced rapid growth through global expansion and has ambitious plans of growing revenues near to £1bn in the next three years.

As a result the business is looking to recruit a high-calibre, commercially orientated financial planning professional who will assist in driving the global F P & A processes across the business. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Finance, your principal responsibilities will include:

-Managing the financial planning, forecasting and budgeting responsibilities for Global business units.

-Designing and implementing a new value-adding reporting and analysis process for the group and refining KPIs, ensuring relevant reporting and monitoring is in place to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

-Presenting analysis on all key acquisition targets, performing valuations and providing a financial due diligence capability to internal stakeholders.

-Working in part of a project team for the development of a new accounting system with the focus on the provision of high quality management information.

The successful candidate will be a commercially oriented qualified accountant with a strong background of group financial planning and analysis ideally gained within an international consumer / multi-site business. You will have the emotional intelligence and communication skills to drive change and the credibility to challenge and influence senior non-finance managers.
